Open PowerPoint immediatly in Slide Show instead of press F5

How can I open PowerPoint immediatly in slide show instead of press F5? The
ppt file I had every hour is replaced by a new one. So I cannot put any code
in ppt file. I have an xls file which creates the ppt file can I add any code
there and when I opened the ppt file to start immediatly the slide show?

Rename the file with a PPS extension. (Or use File|Save As and select
PowerPoint Show *.PPS from the "as type" dropdown.)
