Open Outlook

I am trying to open outlook 2007 but i only can open in save mode when i try
to open in normal mode the outlook crashes and do nothing i am using windows
vista business
I have one ms exchange account an a normal pop3 account.
In outlook I have a mailbox and a personal folders file. I close the
personal folder in save mode but hen i try to open again the outlook doesn't
respond agaim no errors found, no errors messages only the outlook doesn't
open in normal mode any ideas?
 
Please check your application event viewer for any Outlook or Office-related
errors. Please post the eventID number and source.
