Open Outlook messages under Windows Vista/Mail

Running Vista Ultimate. Cannot open Outlook messages (.msg) files either from
Windows Explorer or as attachment in Windows Mail message. Import is not
relevant because there is no account to import. What do I need to do to get
these Outlook messages to open?
 
You need to install Outlook, it is the only program that can open a .MSG
file.
