For some reason when I try to open a second session it just replaces the one
that is already open. This just started to happen. I previously could open
multple sessions. I have not been able to find the solution in Internet
Options. Where do I look to reset the opening of a new window when I click on
Internet Explorer? thanks

try updating you browser you might have shut something off or on in your
properties

In looking to update (reload) IE 6.0, I could not find one on MS for the
version with SP2, only SP1. I was reluctant to reload with just SP1 and then
have to reload SP2 again. Any other suggestions?

Hi there jjb,

Try the below steps:

1. Click Start, run, type "inetcpl.cpl" (with out quotation marks) and click
OK.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, uncheck the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" check
box.
4. Click OK.

thanks Meena,

Tried it, but it still keeps just replacing the open window. It is so
frustrating because it was working fine and I don't know what I did to change
it. I am running McAfee privacy service, if that is any help.

jjb
