When I click "Open in new window", or when the browser
tries to open another window, the window appears but the
page never loads. I need to hit the stop buton then
refresh to load the page.

Suggestions??

Greg,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK

Mike,

Thanks for the reply!! The TIF tip did not work and
seemed not to be the
problem. After trying the TIF information, I following
the link you included
(http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679)
and everything returned to normal. Thanks for the help
