Open in new window opens only after stop and refresh

Hello
I have NT4 Prof. SP6a ja IE 6 SP1 and if a page should open in a new window,
it requires first stop and then after refresh it opens OK.
If you just click a link a new window appears but nothing happens
We have tired all the regsvr32 .dll commands we could find

For your OS that would include an IE Repair. Ref. KB194177.
(That would be a much more extensive repair than e.g., KB281679.)

Doing an IE Repair may be suggested within the links that Don gave you.
I just want to highlight the fact that the tool is the equivalent of many
more regsvr32 commands than you would want to try entering
manually.
