Open in new window always spawns minimized window

Hi,

Each time I try to open a new window using the "open a new
window" feature in IE6, when you right click on a link,
the resulting page is always completly minimised, which is
very frustrating!

This problem only started a few days ago.

The same problem happens if I click on a link in an email
to go to a web site. A 2" long X 1/4" window is spawned.
If you click to maximise it, it goes to full page.
