Open FP on server

Running FP2000. I've always made changes and then publish to my site. How
do I make changes directly on the server in FP?

FrontPage > File > Open Web.... type in http://yourweb.com
enter the user name and password.

FrontPage server extensions need to be loaded on the web that you are using.
Once the server extensions are loaded on that server you can user FP to
connect to the site directly to make online, real-time changes.
