Open Form OnFocus

Greetings Databasers!

I have a pop-up form called "Calls/Orders" which registers a caller for a job. This form has a command button that opens up the form 'Tech Sched At A Glance'. I've set a form header on this form to be able to show the record onFocus from the calls/Orders form. It needs to display these fields: [CustomerFirstName], [CustomerLastName], [Address, [City],State, zip, Phone1, phone2.

Any ideas??
