Open file security warning, exceptions for known files ?

Is it possible to make exceptions for known files (not known file-types).
For example I want the computer to trust myexe.exe but no other .exe files.

I have not seen a way to do that. What you can do on XP Pro computers is to
use Software Restriction Polices to manage what software a user can install
or run which would greatly reduce the risk of removing .exe from the unsafe
file list. The link below explains more on SRP which can be configure with a
default disallowed or unrestricted security level.. --- Steve
