Open File on PC Start Up (Office 2007)

Great Simms

Each time I start up my Computer (XP Home) I want to open Excel (Office
2007)with a particular file loaded. How do I do this? The loaded file will
contain my list of things to do in date order.
 
Add a shortcut to the file in...
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
