Open file not showing

We have Windows 2000 as our operating system with Excell
2003. This happen, not all the time when openning excell
file for the first time. It will now always show up in the
toolbar but we can do a Alt Tab and see the open file.
After the first file opens from then on any open file will
appear in the tool bar.

What tool bar? Do you mean the task bar?
