Open File doesn't work in Word 2003. Any suggestions?

I can't open any documents in Word, or insert files into emails using Outlook
Express. I can open documents by going through My Documents directly, but in
Word all I get is "Not Responding" after a delay. Anyone have any ideas?

Your problem may be a result of a clash between HP software and
a recent security update (KB908531) to Windows.
