Open database while holding down shift key

I used the security wizard on my access database, and turned off shortcut
keys so the users cannot change code, forms, queries, etc. One of my smarter
staff found out that if you hold down the shift key when opening the
application it bypass the switchboard and opens to the database selection
window. How can I prevent this?

OK, I should have stated that I am sort of new. That is complecated code.
Where would I place the code and what woudl I have to change?

I tried the utility and seemed to work, but when testing I was ablte to
bypass the startup form. Am I doing something wrong?

After using the utility, you need to close and reopen the database.

You need to close and reopen the database - the bypass takes effect the next time you open the mdb after running the code.
