Open cmd in directory

Hi All,

Is there a way to open cmd already in a specified directory?

I know of 'Windows r' + 'cmd', but can this be modified as above?

I don't think this is what I'm looking for.

I don't need to add it to right-click, just create a script/shortcut to
open a cmd window in x directory as required.
