Open Access to a Query

I need to have the database that I've created open directly to a report or
query. They report/query asks for a user ID and displays the relevant
information.
My questions are:
1. How do I get the database to run the report/query when the program opens:
2. When they get out of the report it runs the report again.
3. Exit Access when they hit cancel were it asks you to enter user ID

Please help.
