Open Access 2007 in Exclusive Mode

I have a mulit-user program. How can I set it up to allow one user access at
a time.

In the shortcut to start the program, add the /excl command line
switch.

Another approach would be to check if the back-end has a .ldb file. If
it does someone else is already in (or a rare crash occurred).
