Open a new window with no address bar

Hello,

I want a link to open a new window with no address bar and with a specific hieght and width. I searched everywhere but I keep on getting error and it doesn't work. So in Frontpage can it automatcally do the code and so on. How do I do it? Or do I have to find the code. If I have to find the code can you please give me the code? It is really urgent for my project.
