Open a new document in a new "exterior" Excel Windows

How is it possible to tune Excel to make every new
document open as a new "exterior" Excel Windows, and not
as a "interior" windows in the Excel Application ??
My Powerpoint is already reacting like that, but I cannot
find any clues in the Options... Menu.
Is there a link with the way the default template is
designed ?

Try Tools-Options then tick the "View Windows in Taskbar" on the Vie
tab
