Open a Lotus 123 file using Excel

How do I open a lotus file 123 using Excel. I am getting
a message cannot open lotus file
 
Excel cannot open a Lotus 1-2-3 file in the newer .123 file format. Your
options are to save it in the older .WK4 format from 1-2-3 (or Excel's .XLS
from 1-2-3) which Excel can read, or to buy the Conversions Plus program
from www.dataviz.com.
