Open a Link Bar hyperlink in a new window

Hello,
Using FP2003 and a PowerPoint presentation. I want to open a Link Bar
hyperlink to a PP presentation in a new window. Is that possible and if so
does anyone know how?
Example page http://erecognitions.com/why.htm and the page is "Quick View".

You can use the include page component instead of link bar
then set the links as you wish. Right Click the hyperlink,
hyperlink properties, target frame, new window.

FP nav bars are not individually targetable
Since you are using FP 2003 take a look at using Dynamic Web Templates for your layout (instead of shared borders) and Interactive
Buttons for your navigation
