Open a file in non-default directory

When I open a file in File->Open, it always open to a directory in my
documents and settings path. I would prefer to open in different directory
instead. It is tedious to change directories every time.

To change the default folder to which ACCESS goes when you want to
open/create a file, use Tools | Options and go to General tab. On that tab,
you'll see a textbox for "Default database folder:". Enter the desired
"starting" folder there.
