Onscreen volume in Vista?

Hi all. I've had Vista Home Premium for a few days now and am wondering where
the onscreen volume is when I adjust the volume from the keypad on my laptop.
Is it not included this time around?

That my friend is normally is provided by a small application supplied by
the laptop manufacturer. Doesn't have to do with Windows.

This would be provided by your laptop mftr. and will either be a
keypress, sometimes in combination with the FN key, or a button on the
laptop. Review the manual that came with your laptop or go to the laptop
mftr.'s website for your specific model.

if you can not find the correct application from your laptop mfg. You can
download and install the intellitype keyboard software from microsoft. Even
if you do not use a wireless keyboard, once you install the software you get
an onscreen volume, and caps/number lock indicator.
