only upload a table to ftp from dbase

Hi,
I want to know if it is possible to upload (or download) a table from an
acces db?
ex.
i have a db called database.mdb with a table users.
I want to upload the table instead of the whole db.
is this possible?? Could you tell me how if it is possible?

Try using File | Get External Data | Import. This will allow you to pick
another table, query , form etc from one database to import into your
present database.
