Only See Recent Favorites

I am using a corp. IEAK build. By default I only see
the most recently used favorites.

I am supposed to be able to change this under INTERNET
OPTIONS, but I cant find the setting.

Help!!
 
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Advanced
The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
