I have a usb hard drive formatted as ntsf file system with both mp3
and pdf files on it. When I look at the pdf's with ultraedit or any
other editor computer A files look fine showing readable text starting
with a % pdf Computer B the files appear as jibberish. MP3 files look
fine on both computers. Both computers have xp pro service pack 2.
Any suggestions. I've found others that are having the same problem.

I can think of a couple of possibilities:
- Acrobat Reader is corrupted on one of your machines.
- One of your machines is infected with a virus that targets
.pdf files.
