Only one connection to a mailbox permitted at a time

I get this error atlest 10 times a day and after that it workes fine.
Task 'mail.xxxxx.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail
server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your
account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts. The server
responded: -ERR Unable to log on. Only one connection to a mailbox permitted
at a time.'

Hi Raj,
I got it corrected. It was because of a temp file which is created while
downloading files which was not getting deletd after mails are downloaded.
Edited the registry.
