Only 1 active IE browser at a time

If I open another session, all the active IE browsers are
killed.
I changed regedit recently to undo a homepage hijack
attempt and I may have modified another confuiguration
that.

"all" and "browsers" (plural) indicate that you already had multiple
instances of the browser opened. So what do you mean by another
"session"? Is that some Nth instance of the browser that then crashes
them all? Or do you mean you use Fast User Switching in Windows XP (you
never mentioned what OS you use) to login under another account?

This happened to me once after the same thing happened.
After deletin my current version (6), it went back to the
previous one. Then I downloaded the latest version again.
It fixed the problem.
I think Larrouby means that he opened more than one window
at the same time.
