Online Registration Headache

I own a COMPAQ Evo D320 which came pre-installed with
Windows XP Professional Edition. I have restored my PC
(operating system also) a number of times and similarly
registered with Microsoft. Windows activation is OK.
However, yesterday, I restored my PC again and this time
I could not register. The meeage which comes
is "Registration WIzard could not send your information
to Microsoft. Please fillout and mail the yellow card
which came along with the product". Well, since the
Operating System version is OEM therefore there are no
Yellow Mailing Cards or forms included. Please help me
ASAP.

Registration is separate and different than activation.There is no
requirement to complete registration, it is voluntary with XP. You've
already registered several times. Doing so again is not going to accomplish
anything.
