Online File Transfers

I need to transfer 700MB files to my friend, but don't know how. I have a
problem. Total, the files are around 10GB, are fully compressed with WinRAR,
and my friend's email addresses can't handle those huge files. I can't use
Remote Desktop or the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard, plus I can't burn
to disc (not enough time). Please help!

If you have time to send that much data over the Internet (and it would
take at least a few hours even with a fast connection), you have time
to either burn to DVD or to copy to an external hard drive and take it
to your friend.

So sad. The only thing I can suggest is Whale Mail. I've never used it,
so YMMV.
