online banking

Since a few days our online banking doesn't work anymore. I have Vista home
edition. Next to this problem there are since a few days several other
problems.
Are there any false updates???

Use IE, Tools menu, "Delete Browsing History" you can delete your cookies
and try the banking site again.
Also, at Tools, options, Content tab, you can clear your "AutoComplete"
settings.
