Dear Friends!
I already asked for help with the method "UpdateFromFile". The aswer from a
member of our group was: "help is OK". I am sorry, but I need a piece of
code, containing the command. I am not shure what must precede the
command!!! My old question is stil the same:
 
Nothing comes before. You apparently don't understand the command. I
certainly can't explain it any more clearly than it is explained in help.

Use of the command really has no relevance to anything being done in the
activeworkbook. It is to update the readonly copy of the workbook you have
open with changes that have been made by someone else (since you have opened
it) who has write permissions to the workbook. It has a very specialized
purpose.

ActiveWorkbook.UpdateFromFile
