Mike

Can someone please tell me how I can have a folder with a link to each
of the computers on my network. This way I can have the helpdesk
click on that link to go straight to the pc they need, instead of
entering the name each time.

This way I can rename the link (icon name) to the user and bammm
straight in to the user prompt

Anyone, anyone?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

rightclick the desk, New, Shortcut, and put the name of the machine in the
command,

e.g. \\mycomputtername

No, no, I need it to work WITH unsolicited remote assistance
I think it would have something to do with editing the html of the
link below

hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm

This is the Unsolicited Remote Assistance Link, when you click it you
get a Help and Support screen asking for the IP Address or Computer
Name of the Computer you want to control. I want this box to be
filled in already, one link for every pc on my network. That way you
can just click on the icon for a particular computer an not have to
find their computer name or anything.

Thanks,
Mike

When a system sends an email request for RA, a link is included that allows
logon. If the time limit were set to anytime, the link properties would have
the command to put in the shortcut.
