I have two motherboards: Biostar m7vig and Biostar m7viq: the only
difference is the audio device. Can I create one image only including
components for the two devices or I have to create two different image?

Assuming that you've run TAP on both devices and compared the TAP output to
confirm that they're identical apart from the audio device I'd be tempted to
run the image created from the device with the audio on both systems.

If you are relying on manufacturers declarations rather than your own
testing, I'd be very cautious.

Graham.
