One-Off CD-Based installation

Hi, Im trying out the effectiveness of microsofts OPK kit. Starting out small
by understanding the CD based installation but i dont seem to be succesfull.

I have followed all the directions explained by Victor Mux but the
installation doesnt seem to be at all unattended. I am using a usb stick on a
laptop compaq nx9010, My laptop has floppy drive too but I prefer to use a
usb stick. My BIOS boot up order is 1) CD 2) HD/USB 3)Floppy drive. I have
double checked my winnt.sif file to see if was saved properly.
What am I doin wrong?
