one network isolated from another?

Our company and another work closely. We each have simple XP peer-to-peer
systems and Linksys routers and cable modems. Our satelite office which is
in their building needs internet access through their cable modem. I'll
probably put another Linksys router of the type that can do VPN. But it will
connect back to their router and then out to their cable modem. Is there a
way our system in their office can get out to the internet but not be able
to see their in house PCs?

Thanks,
Tom

NetBIOS broadcasts shouldn't overcome a router, so you might be secure. From
the other side, direct IP connections are still possible.
