Thank you - and btw, I am in my late 20s LOL! I know I am talking about school and team stuff and didn't want anyone to think I am just lost in the sauce :O))))), I am 7 days away from getting My BS in Business Management.
We are to create a consulting firm based on our knowledge from all the classes taken, and then do a PPT on the paper. For the purposes of the final assignment, we are pitching to win a contract in that our firm is picked, etc..
So I have been going the long way/route, creating everything from scratch with my self-taught skills (not kidding)
I am also creating a website through sambiz just to give us that competitive edge...

Then Eldon's information is perfect. If you're using PPT 2000 or 97, though,
they don't have passwording features. If any of your users are using those
versions, they won't even be able to view a passworded file, either, and
you'll want to use a different method. Holler if you need that info.

I want to save my presentation as a PPS (which I know how to do) - however,
I have to post it in team room (for school) but I don't want others from
different teams to have access to the slides period.
How can I set it up to where the save as PPS cannot be changed or altered
and I am the only person that can do so. Is that even possible?
Again, I thank you all for your time and patience. I will be checking the
tools options as well here in a second.
