i have a new s/card,an audigy soundblaster 4,i have also done a complete
re-install of windows as i had a virus,i dont get this problem when i use my
normal audio equipement from my turntables,if any one has any solutions or

Check your setup, for I don't know what your "normal audio equipment"
is???Volume control and Audio settings in the Control Panel would be one place
to start checking.
