on TS 2K. domain user not able to open quick books program

Hello,
After logging in to T.S. a domain user can not open quick books. It is
giving a message to ask the admin. to grant standard user rights. There are
2 servers. DC and T.S.

Try running filemon or regmon from www.sysinternals.com as
an admin while a normal user gets this error. You might
have incorrect NTFS permissions on files or registry
entries, and if this is the case, you'll see access denied
error messages in the output of filemon or regmon.
