I'm aware of Briefcase and Synchronize, but can anyone recommend a robust
backup tool that will allow me to define a directory whose contents must be
backed up onto network-attached storage every time a file in that directory
is saved? I'd like to back up files to a Snap Server without having to
schedule backups or even think about them very much. The application should
also allow reasonably simple restoration in the event of disk failure.

That will be a great thing to have (backup when a file is changed). I just found
a software that can do this but the problem is i searched using google but all
the sites are pointing to the same exe file and that exe file is not there.
Actually, the site is completly different. There is no sign of that tool on the
home page.Exe link gives you an 404 error.

Anyway, here is a page that tells you about the tool. If anyone knows where can
i get that. Please tell.

It includes File Sentry, the ultimate backup utility when you can't afford to
lose anything. Place a Sentry on a file and a backup will be created every time
the file changes, creating backups as you work !!!! To save space the backups
can be compressed into ZIP format and can even be automatically deleted after a
set number of days !!!
