On Startup

I un-check the "Enable the Microsoft AntiSpyware Security
Agents on startup" checkbox and it still starts up.

Fix that or re-word what it does. Because when i read it
it starts up the application on startup which i dont want
it to, because i know what goes in and out of my pc and i
only need to check things if i feel the need.
