Unplug your Wacom tablet.

See if this can help you turn off the On-Screen Keyboard.

That's the Accessibility keyboard. The one you get one Tablet PCs and
computers with a graphics tablet connected to it is different, and looks a
lot slicker. You can easily turn this one off in its options.

You also get one on the sign-in screen, which the OP wants to get rid of.
You can get rid of it by not having your graphics tablet plugged in. You
can also get rid of it by disabling Tablet PC features, but then you lose
the Snipping Tool, and the Notes and Journal apps, which are like a cut down
version of MS OneNote.

Dear Mark

Did you ever manage to get rid of the automatic loading of the on screen
keyboard. I have tried everything as well but it still appears each time I
log on. Many thanks

Not Me

I didn't see the original post, but have you gone into accessibility
settings?
I believe that is where you turn it on/off.
