On Screen Keyboard during Logon

After hours of googling I still haven't managed to find a satisfying
solution to this one.

Suggestions were mainly to use scheduled tasks (which didnt work. the
osk.exe started but wasn't displayed), or a customized GINA solution
(I downloaded one from a simens site but that then prevented me from
using osk when logged on).

I can't believe there is no easy solution to this seamingly obvious
embedded device feature.

Anyone more successful than me?
