OmniPage hijacked my icons

After installing OmniPage, I notice the icons for all my images (.jpg,
tiff., etc.) have been changed to ugly-looking "OP" icons. How do I get the
default image icons back? I've tried searching for them in SHELL32.DLL, but
the image icons are not there.
