OLMAPI32.dll not found

I have a new computer with vista on it and a trial version of office 2007 was
pre-loaded (not sure if that is relevant or not but adding it in case that
could be the problem). I loaded my Microsoft Office Student and Teacher 2003
onto the computer. I then went into Outlook and set up my email account with
help from the cable company where I get my email from.

But when I try to "send/receive" to retrieve my email I am getting the
following error message:

"This application has failed to start because OLMAPI32.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still get the message and can't
retrieve my email.

Can anyone help me with this please?
