Does anyone know how I can get this folder to appear? I accidentally saved a
file in this temp folder and can not locate it with a search.
 
Try navigating to Tools Folder Options and uncheck the options to hide
system folders and files.

You would need to set Show Hidden files and folders in the Folder
Options, View menu. Also you may discover the path by opening an
attachment in Outlook, and doing "Save As" and click the pull down on
Save in box.
