Oleaut32.dll (spyware or not?)

RUnning Tweak Now Registry Cleaner I get an increasing (gradually)
number of of registry entries relating to the subject .dll file.
TWeak Now says it does not know whether this is safe to delete or not.
A search turns up various angles on what this file is all about, from
spyware related to an essential file in windows.

Any idea if the file is malicious or spyware and the reg entries
should be deleted.
