OLE registration

This question was asked in a similar post a few days ago, however it got no
replies so thought i'd ask it again as im having the same problem.

When I try to open MS Outlook 2000, I get an error message saying the
following:-

"Can't open this item. An OLE registration error occurred. The Program is
not correctly installed. Run Setup again for the program"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office 2000 Premium, however I am
still getting the error message.

Any advice?

I found that if you install Office Service Pack 3 the problem is cured, give
it a go!
