OLE Registration error.

I have tried to reinstall Microsoft Outlook 2000 after my
Outlook stopped working ( WAB.DLL not found). Office 2000
has reinstalled secessfully except for Outlook 2000 - I
keep getting this error message " An OLE registration
error has occurred, The program is not currently
installed. Run setup again for this program" Running
setup again does not help. Can anybody help me out there???

I gather from the Knowledge base that the problem is with an update of IE6 and Outlook Express. The problem is supposedly cured by unistalling and reinstalling Express, but I can't vouch for this as I cannot find out how to get rid of it in the first place!
