OLE Error

I had to uninstall Microsoft Office 2000 and then reinstall it because of
problems I was having. After reinstalling it, is started getting the
following error in Outlook 2000 every time I try to start the program. I
have not problems using Excel or Word at all. The error I get is:

OLE Registration error has occurred. The product was not installed
properly. Please reinstall program.

I have tried reinstalling and repairing but the error still happens. I
don't know what else to do.
 
I received the same exact error, and attempted the same corrective action as
you. I still receive the error, and I don't know how to correct this error.
Unfortunately, this means that I can't access my email at all.
